SUZANNE KAY CLARK, 71, of Rapid City, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, at Munson Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at Covell Funeral Home, Elk Rapids, today, Jan. 17, at 2 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Burial will immediately follow in Milton Township Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Covell Funeral Home of Elk Rapids.
CRAIG ALLEN COOK SR., 51, of Mesick, died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, at the Colfax Church, Mesick.
The family chose Life Story Funeral Home, Traverse City, to handle the arrangements.

Funeral services will be held today, Jan. 17, at 11 a.m., with visitation from 9 a.m., at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.
DOROTHY MARIE FORD, 82, of Traverse City, formerly of Daytona Beach, Fla., died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at Munson Medical Center.

PHYLLIS Y. (MARTIN) MEEDER, 77, of Mancelona, passed away Jan. 15, 2013, at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility.
Funeral services will be at noon, with visitation from 10 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 22, at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Pastor Todd Shafer will officiate. Interment will take place in the spring.

JAMES EDWARD "TEDDY" O'HALLORAN JR., of Onekama, passed away peacefully Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at home surrounded by family. Cremation has taken place. A memorial Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Lake Forest, Ill., Saturday, Jan. 19, at 10 a.m.
