TRAVERSE CITY – The Grand Traverse Mall has a new owner.
Rouse Properties Inc., based in New York City, purchased the 589,000-square foot mall in Garfield Township in a $66 million transaction unveiled this week. It’s Rouse’s first acquisition since it debuted as a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange last month.
