Because of a reporter's error, a report in Saturday's Record-Eagle about the Friday sentencing of Brian David Shanley contained incorrect information about his criminal history.
His criminal history is limited to fleeing a police officer, entry without breaking with intent, assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, and attempted malicious destruction of fire or police property.
