---- — TRAVERSE CITY — A Traverse City man faces a felony charge after authorities said he sexually assaulted a boy in 2005.
Paul Dwayne Schwartz, 56, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, which carries a penalty of up to life in prison.
Grand Traverse County sheriff’s deputies believe Schwartz sexually assaulted a boy, now 15, on four occasions while babysitting in 2005. The alleged assaults occurred in Blair Township.
