Howard 'Andy' Waldron

KALKASKA — Howard "Andy" Andrew Waldron Jr., 62, of Kalkaska, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Munson Medical Center with his beloved wife by his side.

Andy was born in Jackson on Feb. 13, 1950, to the late Howard Sr. and Wanita Waldron.

Andy joined the U.S. Navy and proudly served his country. He worked for Great Lakes Containment in Kalkaska. He had many joys in life including fishing, hunting, motorcycles and music, but most importantly his family.

Andy is survived by his wife Theresa "Terri"; children Andrew and Katie; sister Ronda (Jim) Luca; brother Frank (Kim) Waldron; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother John Waldron.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the Third Floor Munson Hospital Staff and hospice chaplin Cathryn.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are welcome to the American Cancer Society, Munson Hospice or to the family.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., with gathering time beginning at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, July 18, in the Chapel of Kalkaska Funeral Home, 152 S. Cedar St., Kalkaska, MI 49646.
