  • Central volleyball turns to Brege

    Traverse City Central's search for a new volleyball coach didn't have to go very far. After looking for a mentor to replace Tim Homa, the Trojans hired Katherine Brege, who led the junior varsity team for one year.

  • Leland claims volleyball title

    A sign saying "Tradition" was hanging in the Buckley gymnasium opposite the Leland bench. And the Comets kept that going on Thursday. With a win over Central Lake, Leland won its first regional title since 2006.
