SEABROOK ISLAND, S.C. — Jessica Colquitt and Patrick Apsey were united in marriage on June 23, 2012, at Ocean Terrace on Seabrook Island. Pastor Greg Mason performed the beachside ceremony.
Jessica's sister, Jennifer Stanford of Higganum, Conn., attended her as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Hailey Wilson of Lithonia, Ga., Angie Windham of Eatonton, Ga., and Jennifer Hicks of Buford, Ga. The groom's niece, Siena Apsey, and the bride's niece, Lily Stanford, were flower girls.
The groom's brother, Scott Apsey of Troy, Mich., served as best man. Groomsmen were Jim Metz of Chicago, Dr. Andre Grisham of Memphis, Tenn., and Jason McLaughlin of Grand Blanc, Mich. Julian and Alex Stanford were ring bearers.
A reception immediately followed the ceremony at the Seabrook Island Club. The newlyweds honeymooned in Puerto Rico and are living in Shelby Township, Mich.
Jessica is the daughter of Dee and Julian Colquitt of East Haddam, Conn. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in psychology and sociology. Jessica is employed by the McKesson Corporation.
Patrick is the son of Pat and Dick Rumpler of Traverse City. He received a degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Michigan. Patrick is employed by the Henkel Corporation.
