Beverly Ann Slyfield

KALKASKA — Beverly Ann Slyfield, 74, of Kalkaska, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Oct. 15, 1937, in Ann Arbor, the daughter of the late Charles and Geraldine (Schroeder) Pierce.

Beverly was resident of Kalkaska since 1989, moving from South Lyon.

She was an avid Elvis memorabilia collector. Her family was her life; she adored her children and all of her grandchildren.

Beverly's children survive her, Eric (Cheryl) Slyfield, of Howell, Barb (Bob) Bunge, of Interlochen, Bill (Dody) Slyfield, of Kalkaska, and James Slyfield, of Traverse City; her grandchildren, Gary and Tiffany Slyfield, of Howell, and Kevin and Chris Micol, of Traverse City; great-grandchildren, Connor, Nevaeh and one on the way; her brother, Charles (Pat) Pierce, of Fowlerville; and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral was held Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 1 p.m., with visitation two hours prior, at the Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
