BELLAIRE — A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a softball tournament in Antrim County was found not guilty during trial.
Robert Glen Puroll, 42, was charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Puroll was accused of assaulting a female acquaintance in August 2011 at Craven park in Bellaire during a softball tournament.
A jury recently found him not guilty on all three counts.
