Traverse City St. Francis wrestled to a pair of victories.

The Gladiators beat Boyne City 48-18 and Cheboygan 41-21.

Going 2-0 for St. Francis were 103-pounder Trish Martin, Jake Dawson at 112 pounds, Isaiah Schaub at 119 pounds, 130-pounder Jack Jamieson, Seth Kellict at 135 pounds, Alex Picardat at 152 pounds and 189-pounder Paul Britten.

Mancelona goes 2-0 at St. Ignace

Mancelona headed to the Upper Peninsula and came away with a pair of wins.

The Ironmen (14-4) beat Onaway 51-29 and Sault Ste. Marie 57-24 at a quad match at St. Ignace.

Going 2-0 for Mancelona were 130-pounder Derek Munchbach, Tyler Aldrich at 135 pounds, Ryan O'Dell at 140 pounds, 171-pounder Chris Stickney and 215-pounder Cody Christmas.

Arthur to wrestle for state title

Traverse City St. Francis Isaiah Schaub and Paul Britten will attempt to work their way back through the Division 4 consolation bracket on Saturday to wrestle for third place in their weight classes after semifinal losses Friday evening.
