ALPENA -- Dee Kirksey pinned Nathan Matuszak in 1:32 Wednesday evening to give the Traverse City West wrestlers a 39-31 Big North Conference dual meet win at Alpena.
The 160-pound match was the last of the meet.
Brandon Dalzell at 215 and Liam Curtis at 285 also won by pin for West.
Other winners for the Titans included Josh Kloosterman at 171, Caleb Case at 103, Mike Ostrom at 112, Sean Hall at 135 and Kyle Schaub at 140.
Trevor Willnow won by pin at 189 in a JV match.
Traverse City St. Francis Isaiah Schaub and Paul Britten will attempt to work their way back through the Division 4 consolation bracket on Saturday to wrestle for third place in their weight classes after semifinal losses Friday evening.
